Who we are

This website is run by Cheer Amusement, No.53 WangShu Road, Airport Industrial Park, Jiangning District, Nanjing, Jiangsu 211113, China. We are responsible for the personal information described here. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].

What we collect

When you send an inquiry. The consultation form asks for your name, company, email address and country, and about your project: the site, its floor area and clear height, whether it is an existing building or a new build, your target opening date, your message, and any plan or drawing you choose to attach. Only send what you are happy for us to see; we do not need personal details in drawings.

When you browse the site. We do not use cookies, analytics trackers or advertising tags, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical information each time a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type and the page asked for, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

When you email or call us. We keep the correspondence and the contact details you give us.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and arrange a consultation.
• To assess whether a track fits your site and prepare layouts, feasibility studies and proposals.
• To follow up on a possible project, and to manage the contract if one goes ahead.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making. We will only send you marketing email if you ask for it, and you can stop it at any time.

Our legal basis

Where data protection laws such as the EU and UK GDPR apply, we rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and running a secure website. Where the law requires your consent, we will ask for it, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

Your information is seen by the Cheer Amusement team handling your project, including our sales, design and engineering staff. We also use service providers who process it on our behalf and only on our instructions:

• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and protects it from abuse.
• Resend, which delivers your form submission to our inbox.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights. If you introduce us to partners such as your architect or structural engineer, we will share project details with them as needed.

International transfers

We are based in China, and our hosting provider runs a global network, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details while we are in contact with you about a possible project. If no project goes ahead, we delete them no later than three years after our last contact. If a project goes ahead, we keep project records for as long as the contract and the law require. Hosting logs are kept by Cloudflare for a short period under its own policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to take it to another provider. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to inquiries is limited to the staff who need them. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
